Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update – 11th May 2020

In light of the recent news on the Corona virus, please rest assured that the welfare and health of our customers and staff is top priority.

The Broadway Florist is doing everything it can to help stop the spread of Covid-19. Unless instructed otherwise, we are continuing to operate as normally, as much as possible, whilst following all of the advice issued from the UK Government and World Health Organisation (WHO).

We would also like to thank all of our customers and colleagues for your continued support during these strange and uncertain times.

Shop & Website Orders

Orders can be placed on our website, where collection from the shop or delivery to your door can be selected when placing your order. Deliveries can be left on your doorstep, or in a safe location of your choice, to ensure no personal contact is made. As an extra precaution, all deliveries will be handled with disposable gloves.

If you would prefer to place your order to collect in store, you can still do so by appointment only. Please add this as a note when placing your order and we will be in touch to arrange a suitable time for you collect your order, where we will follow strict social distancing policies. Please do not just turn up as we can not guarantee someone will be there for you.

Company Health & Hygiene

All members of the Broadway Florist team are following the government guidelines for health and hygiene standards to ensure the highest possible levels are maintained throughout every aspect of our business operations. This includes;

  • Wearing gloves to prepare and deliver orders
  • Minimal handling of flowers and other materials
  • Wiping down all surfaces, handles and equipment with santiser throughout the day
  • Encouraging contactless payments where possible
  • Eliminating all unnecessary contact and maintaining safe distances between one another

For the sake of ourselves and other clients, we respectfully ask that you please do not collect your order in person if you are feeling unwell, are experiencing any Coronavirus symptoms, or have been unwell or travelled in the last week. Please instead request a no contact delivery only.
